Alert: Israeli occupation forces arrest activist from al Ma’sara

March 15th, 2010 -- The Stop the Wall Campaign denounces the arrest of Omar Alaa Ed Din, 25 years, one of the members of the popular committee in al Ma’sara. This morning Omar was crossing the Container checkpoint, which closes off the southern part of the West Bank, including Bethlehem and Hebron, from the central part of it. Like always, the military checked the identities of the passengers in the collective taxis. They checked as well his ID card, arrested him and took him to a still unknown place.
