Early in the morning of February 15, a squad of around 25 Israeli soldiers arrived in the refugee camp in Ramallah.The Israeli army did not give a reason for their raid in the camp, speaking only of "operational activity".
A major confrontation began when the soldiers got back in the streets, where hundreds of Palestinian youth pelted the soldiers with rocks. The soldiers responded with rubber bullets and live ammunition. In total, more than 28 young Palestinians have been injured.
The confrontation last nearly 3 hours before the army left the camp.
