Scope:
Repressive measures against Palestinian human rights defenders active
against the Wall and the settlements in the occupied West Bank.


Period:

Monday, June 28th to Monday, July 5th, 2010


Summary:


1) Arrests of HRDs:  

A
number of arrests have been recorded this week. Israeli Occupation Forces
arrested four HRDs in the village of Beit Ummar (Hebron District), 15
international activists in the village of Wadi Rahal (Bethlehem District), and
one HRD in the village of Nabi Saleh (Ramallah District).


2) Violence
against HRDs

Not many injuries have been
recorded this week. One individual sustained an injury from a tear gas canister
in Beit Jala (Bethlehem District). 


3) Collective punishment

Two night raids have been
recorded this week. Some agricultural land was destroyed in the village of
Bi’lin as a result of the IOF’s firing of tear gas.
